DESCRIPTION:Cape Conservation Corps (CCC) wants to recognize good stewards of the land by highlighting individual conservation efforts. Each quarter\, CCC names a new Habitat Hero. Whether it’s an individual or a group\, Habitat Heroes have created wildlife and nature-friendly ecosystems on their own properties. \nThe Habitat Heroes Tour is a great opportunity to learn and get ideas for your own yard! \nWe will be touring three sites. The tour will begin at stop #1\, Broadneck High School. Please meet in the front parking lot. From there\, stop #2 is Christ Our Anchor Church on Green Holly Dr\, and then on to stop #3\, Jamie Wilhelm’s house on Greenway Dr. \n

When appropriate for the season\, native plants are also added to the properties. This is a great opportunity for student volunteer hours!
